If it looked like the Green Bay Packers turned their season around last week with an overtime win over the Dallas Cowboys, their next game against the Tennessee Titans told a different story.

The Titans visited the frozen tundra on Thursday and led from start to finish to win 27-17. They are now 7-3 after opening the season with two losses, while the Packers, who ended a five-game losing streak against the Cowboys, dropped to 4-7.

The Packers rallied from 14 points down against the Cowboys and looked to have another comeback against the Titans, as they went from 20-9 to 20-17 in the third quarter.

But Tennessee came clean when Ryan Tannehill hit Austin Hooper for his second touchdown of the night and the Titans’ first fourth-quarter touchdown of the season.

“The season is not over. There are still six chances,” Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers told reporters about his team’s playoff chances.

“We have a tough game; We have to go to Philly. Hopefully these few days we can recover a bit, refresh our minds and then we have to win these next games.”

The Titans opened the scoring when Tannehill, who finished the night 22-of-27 passing for 333 yards, found Dontrell Hilliard, but the Packers responded with a touchdown late in the first quarter by rookie wide receiver Christian Watson.

Derrick Henry extended the Titans’ lead with a three-yard pass to Hooper for the team’s third touchdown.

Henry rushed for 87 yards in Thursday’s game, putting him past 1,000 yards for the season.

Rogers found Watson again in the third quarter before Hooper closed out the win for Tennessee, which recorded a season-high point total.

“I thought everyone who played contributed and helped a lot,” Titans coach Mike Vrabel told reporters.

“There is a great demand that is placed on these boys,” he added. “I know they’re looking forward to the rest, they’ve definitely earned it, and we’ve got to come back in the off week and make sure we’re ready to play great against Cincinnati.”

The match against the Bengals will be held on November 27 at Nissan Stadium.
